How to Complete the Conflict of Interest Form - Employees
Before you start: You will need a computer or tablet with internet to log in to Workday on your internet browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc). Step 1: Open your internet browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and log in to myStevens. Under the My Apps, find and select Workday to open your Workday homepage. Step 2: Once at the Workday home screen, navigate to Awaiting Your Action and select the Conflict of Interest Questionnaire task. Step 3: Please answer the COI questionnaire to the best of your knowledge, providing current, accurate, and complete information for the current reporting period. If you answer yes to a question, you will be prompted to provide additional information. Note: To View and/or Copy your previous COI disclosure form responses, please refer to How to View Prior Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure Responses in Workday. Step 4: At the end of the questionnaire, type your name into the Attestation text box and click Submit. As an employee filling out their Conflict of Interest form, your manager will receive an Inbox task when you have completed your form. Reviewing Mitigation Plans Step 1. If your Conflict of Interest disclosure responses required a Mitigation Plan, details of the mitigation plan will be drafted by Internal Audit. To review and approve your mitigation plan, select the Edit Worker Additional Data Event from the Awaiting Your Action section of your Workday home screen. Step 2. Read and review the Mitigation Plan information provided. After you have reviewed, click Approve. This will close out the Conflict of Interest disclosure process. How to Change Your Personal Photo in Workday (Faculty/Staff Only)
In Workday, you can update your own personal photo or delete it. All Stevens staff and faculty will have a photo populated on their Workday profile. The default photo used will come from the Campus Card database (same one on your Stevens ID card). Step 1: Find your photo on the top right of the page and select it. If no photo exists, this will instead be replaced by a cloud icon. Step 2: Select View Profile. Once on your Profile, select Actions. You will see a menu pop-up. Find and hover over Personal Data. Select Change My Photo. Step 3: Once on the Change My Photo page, select or drag and drop your photo into the area specified. A tool will pop-up wherein you will be asked to crop your image to fit inside the frame provided. Select OK. Step 4: Select Submit. Your photo will route to Human Resources for approval. How to Complete the Conflict of Interest Form - Managers
Before you start: You will need a computer or tablet with internet to log in to Workday on your internet browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc). Conflict of Interest Form for Managers Step 1: Open your internet browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc) and log in to myStevens. Under the My Apps, find and select Workday to open your Workday homepage. Step 2: As a Manager, once your employees have completed their questionnaires and submitted their attestation you will find the following task on your Homepage and in your Inbox. Click the Edit Worker Additional Data Event task to review the Employee's Conflict of Interest submission. Step 3: On this new page, you will need to review the information submitted by the employee and select Approve (or Send Back to the employee for revisions, if necessary). After your approval, the employee's responses will route to Internal Audit for review. If your employee requires a Mitigation Plan, Internal Audit will draft the Mitigation Plan and provide it for your review and approval. If your employee does not require a mitigation plan, no further action is needed. Note: If your employee requires a Mitigation Plan, you will have to approve both the initial COI disclosure form and the mitigation plan. This will require two separate Approvals in Workday. Reviewing an Employee's Mitigation Plan Details Step 1: On the Workday home screen, navigate to Awaiting Your Action and select the Edit Worker Additional Data Event task to review the mitigation plan for your employee. This item will also be available via your My Tasks icon. Step 2: Read and review the details of the Mitigation Plan. Please note, this plan has been drafted by Internal Audit. After you have reviewed, click Approve to submit the plan. Upon your approval, the Mitigation Plan will route to the Employee for their approval. Viewing a Direct Report's COI Disclosure Form from the Previous Year Step 1: Type My Conflict of Interest Responses into the Workday search bar. Step 2: Click the View Questionnaire Response link for a given worker to view comments from previous years. Experiencing an issue or need additional support? How to Apply for a Student Job
This guide will walk Stevens students through applying for a student job in Workday. We recommend using Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge when applying for jobs. For best results, please apply on a non-mobile device. Applying for a Student Job Step 1: From the Workday home page, click on the Menu drop down found on the top left of the page to find the Student Job Hub. Step 2: On the Student Job Hub, you will see the following Career Site options: Find Student Jobs This career site is for all student jobs that have been posted. This does not include Federal Work Study jobs. Find Federal Work Study Jobs This career site lists all Federal Work Study jobs that have been posted. For more information on Federal Work Study, please refer to the Stevens Federal Work Study website. Find Jobs This careers site includes all non-student jobs. Note: If you are not currently a student worker, the name of the career site will include an “(s)”. Step 3: After entering a Career Site page, you will see a list of available jobs that can be filtered based on search parameters. Click on a job title's blue hyperlink in the Results section to view the job description, job details, and team. Step 4: Click Apply to begin your application. Step 5: Complete the job application steps and upload any required documents (e.g, resume, CV, etc.). Step 6: Click Submit Step 7: You will see a confirmation screen. How to View Prior Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure Responses in Workday
This guide will help employees access COI disclosure responses from previous years in Workday. Please note that the disclosure form has been revised and a few of the items have been eliminated. Each question should be individually reviewed prior to copying and pasting. Step 1: Open your internet browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and log in to myStevens. Under My Apps, find and select Workday to open your Workday homepage. Step 2: Type "My Conflict of Interest Responses" into the Workday search bar. Step 3: Click the View Questionnaire Response links to view comments from the previous year. Step 4: Copy responses from the Answers column that are relevant to this year's disclosure. Please note that the disclosure form has been revised and a few of the items have been eliminated. Each question should be individually reviewed prior to copying and pasting.
