Find Active Courses in Workday

This article will walk a user through finding active courses in Workday.


Step 1: Search Find Active Courses – Select Find Active Courses


The Workday home page user interface. To search for active courses, the user enters Find Active Courses in the search bar at the top of the Workday homepage. From the search results, the user selects the Find Active Courses report.



Step 2: Enter the course name in the search bar or select filters – Select Search


The Find Active Courses search page. To find an active course, the user selects search criteria from the available filters on the left side of the screen or enters search criteria in the search bar at the top of the page. Filter options include the Academic Level drop-down menu with the options Graduate, Undergraduate, Non-Degree and Doctoral. The user selects the gray Search button at the top right side of the screen to search for a course based on their selected criteria.



Step 3: Select course section name from search results


The Find Active Courses interface. The search bar shows the user entered AAI 800. Based on this search, there is one result, AAI 800-Special Prob in AAI(Masters). The user selects the result to view course information.
