How to Access Workday Learning
This article will provide Faculty and Staff with the steps to access their Workday Learning and navigate the Learning Dashboard. Accessing Workday Learning Step 1: Select Menu in the upper left hand corner on your Workday homepage. Step 2: Select Learning from the Apps Menu. Workday Learning Dashboard The Learning Dashboard defaults to your Learning Home section. Under the What will you learn today? heading, the Continue Learning section lists your current courses, either in process or enrolled but not yet started. My Learning Continue Learning - Lists your current courses, either in process or enrolled but not yet started. Need to Drop an Enrollment? - Link to begin the process of dropping an enrollment. Personalize Your Learning Preferences - Set your learning path by selecting Topics. Learning Paths - Created by you or your manager as a to-do list for courses to complete. Discover Explore the Learning Catalog - The Browse Learning button will open the entire Learning Catalog of available courses. Browse Learning Topics - This will list all available Topics in the Learning Catalog. Select a Topic for all available related courses. Browse Learning Content Search and Saved Searches - Perform a search of the Workday Learning catalog. You can use course titles, keywords or a previously saved search. Current Search - Provides options to filter your search results such as... Access Type - Determines if course enrollment is required. Content Provider - Courses from internal (Stevens) sources or partnered providers (i.e. LinkedIn Learning). Topic - The topic categories associated with the courses. Type - The course delivery method either Digital or Blended (combined digital and in-person presentation). Click on the course you want to enroll in. Follow these steps to enroll in a course Links The Links section provides you access to additional Workday Learning information pertaining to your learning experience... My Transcript - (All Users) Produces a report of your complete learning transcript of courses Not Started, In Progress and Learning History. My Team's Learning - (Managers Only) Produces a report of your team members' complete learning progress. My Team's Learning Assignments - (Managers Only) Produces a report of your team members' assigned learning statuses. Find Learning Enrollments - (Managers Only) Produces a report of your team members' course enrollments and statuses. Experiencing an issue or need additional support? How to Enroll in Workday Learning Courses
This article will provide Faculty and Staff with the steps to enroll in a Workday Learning course. Step 1: Search Browse Learning Content, from the Browse Learning Content screen, select the course you would like to enroll in. Step 2: Review the course information and select Enroll. Step 3: Review the Lesson Details and select Submit to complete your enrollment. Step 4: From the course screen, select Start Course to begin the course. The course will now appear on your Learning dashboard and transcript so that you can access it at a later time. Experiencing an issue or need additional support?
