Submitting an Early Alert Request and Viewing Resolution Information
This article will show users to how submit an Early Alert request and view resolution information once the request has been processed.
Submitting an Early Alert Request
Step 1: Open the Global Navigation Menu on the left side of the Workday Today homepage. Select Requests in the Apps section on the Workday homepage.


Step 2: After selecting Create Request, type Early Alert in the search box and select OK.

Step 3: After completing the appropriate questionnaire information, select Submit.

Once submitted, the Office of Undergraduate Academics will review the information and contact the student as well as any support services as necessary. When a resolution has been reached, the Office of Undergraduate Academics will provide resolution details in the business process and will close the Request. At this time, you will receive an Alert in Workday.
Viewing Early Alert Resolution Information
Step 1: When the resolution is ready to be reviewed, you will receive a Workday Alert. When you select the Alert, you will be brought to your Workday My Tasks inbox.

Step 2: From the Inbox item, select the Request link.

Step 3: From the Request screen, you can review your submission information then select the Process tab.
