Before You Start
Be sure to have the Microsoft PowerPoint application installed on your Windows device.
Embedding Fonts in PowerPoint
Step 1: In PowerPoint, Click on the File tab in the top left corner.
Step 2: In the left column, scroll down and click on More, then select Options.
Step 3: A new window will open. Click the Save option on the left panel.
Step 4: Scroll down until you see “Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation”.
Step 5: Click on “Embed fonts in the file” and select the section option to “Embed all characters (best for editing by other people)”. If you don’t expect others to edit the document, you may choose “embed only the characters used in the presentation.
Step 6: Click OK.
Step 7: When you're ready to save the presentation, you will see this warning message that “System Font Regular” is not available. Ignore it and save it anyway by pressing OK. This font is not present in the presentation.
Step 8: You should now be able to share the file with the fonts displayed properly.
