Canva is an online design and visual communication platform. The Stevens Canva for Teams implementation enables real-time collaboration, shared designs and folders, and centralized brand assets so that all units producing simple graphic communications can efficiently create needed assets and maintain brand consistency without hiring external design services. The Division of University Relations administers the Stevens Canva for Teams accounts. The Stevens Canva for Teams implementation is only available to faculty and staff users who have been assigned seat licenses, for which costs are incurred by the unit. Users must be authorized by the unit's key contact. Please email branding@stevens.edu for more information.

Stevens Specific Canva Training Videos:

• Canva Training Intro – This introduction will teach you how to navigate to the Stevens Institute of Technology Canva Team Page and includes: an explanation of what is on the team page; how to get general Canva help; viewing folders; the graphic asset library, and folder views/preferences. 
• Brand Kit – A tour of brand kit – the logos, colors, fonts, graphics, etc. that you will be able to use in your Canva designs. 
• Templates – Review the branded templates that are available to users.
