Qualtrics
Qualtrics is a web-based software that allows you to easily create surveys and generate reports. Stevens faculty, staff and students have access to Qualtrics.
Create a Qualtrics Account
Step 1: Log in to myStevens, on your homepage select the Qualtrics icon. If prompted, log in with your Stevens username and password.
Step 2: Read the Terms of Services and select I accept. You are now successfully logged in to Qualtrics.
Note: You will not be able to create an account using the Stevens license through the main Qualtrics site. Please use the Qualtrics icon in myStevens.

- Ability to add scoring to a survey
- Built-in email distribution capabilities where you can send reminder emails to non-responders, and thank-you emails to responders
- Multiple sharing settings make it easy to collaborate with colleagues on surveys
- Export data to CSV, Word, Excel, PDF & more
- Widely used for academic research and market research

Sending an Email through Qualtrics
Be sure to change the From Address to surveys@stevens.edu so that the email does not include the "External Sender" banner and appears secure to Stevens students, faculty and staff.
Note: The From Name and Reply-To Email will be autopopulated to display your name and Stevens email address.
