How to Import Publications into Your Faculty Profile in Watermark Faculty Success

This guide details how to import and add new publications to the Publications and books list in a faculty profile.

Step 1: Log into Watermark Faculty Activity Portal at this url: http://stevens.edu/far/dm.php or select the Watermark Faculty Activity application on the myStevens landing page, https://my.stevens.edu.

Step 2: Under the Research, Scholarship, Innovation and Entrepreneurship section, select Publications and books.

The Research, Scholarship, Innovation and Entrepreneurship section of the Faculty Profile. There are several options listed, including Professional societies, Proposals, Awards, and Presentations. The Publications and books option is highlighted.

Step 3: To add a new publication, select Add New Item. To edit an existing publication, select it from the list.

The Publications and books screen where the user enters information. At the top of the screen are two highlighted buttons: Import and Add New Item. There are entries listed under "Item" showing books and publications that have previously been entered into the system.

Step 4: Enter the required information and select Save.

Step 5: To import publications, select Import. Publications can be imported as a BibTex file from other databases, or from third party online services like Scopus, Crossref and PubMed.
