How to Filter and Sort Data in a Table in Workday
The table icons mentioned in this guide appear for all tables offering data.
Step 1: Select the Select to Filter Grid Data icon from the options in the top righthand corner.

Step 2: Select Add.
Note: You can also filter and sort by clicking on column titles.

Step 3: Select the Column you want to filter.

Step 4: Select the Filter Condition.

Step 5: Select Value.

Step 6: Select Filter.

Step 7: Review the updated table based on your changes.
