How to Change My Home Contact Information in Workday
This article will a user through changing their Home Contact Information in Workday.
Step 1: Select your profile image on the Workday homepage, then select View Profile.
Step 2: Select Actions, then open the Personal Data menu and select Change My Home Contact Information.
Step 3: Select the pencil tool to add contact information in each section.
Please note: If you set an Effective Date in the future, your home contact change will not take effect until the date has been reached. If you require the home contact change to take effect immediately, please use today's date.
Step 4: Select the check mark icon to save your changes.
Step 5: Select the Submit button.
Step 6: Select View Details for more information on completed actions and next steps – Close the request in the upper right corner.
Note: If you have an active campus job, an approval is required, and a member of the Division of Human Resources will review your home contact information change.
