View My Support Network in Workday

Your support network includes important contacts for any cohorts you are associated with, such as advisors and coaches for athletic teams or specific academic programs.

Step 1: Open the Global Navigation menu (the A picture containing icon

Description automatically generated icon) on the left side of the Workday Today homepage.

Step 2: Select Academics in the Applications section on the Workday homepage.

The Global Navigation menu expanded from the Workday Today homepage. A series of Apps are listed in the menu, with the Academics app highlighted.



Step 3: Scroll to the Important Contacts Support Network section to view your support network.


A screenshot of the academics interface. Users will navigate within the page to find the important contacts support network section. This section lists the role, student cohort, person and public work email for the individuals within a student's support network. A photo of the support network individual is also shown.
